Polean products are produced to our specifications using the latest HACCP technology and finest quality raw materials available. Our cooked and smoked hams are ALWAYS produced from fresh raw materials. From farm to the marketplace, our growing, harvest and production procedures ensure consistent high quality products from every ham, every case and every trailer load. We are proud to own and offer HAFNIA brand hams, continuing a tradition of over 100 years of excellence.
